Civil Enforcement Parking Charge ( Heswall) Challenged - won!

Would like to share that I used the info provided on the forum to challenge a charge from Civil enforcement at a 1 hour free parking location in Heswall that my wife overstayed.

I completed the first appeal to CE ( following the info on the newbies thread)  that got declined (surprise) then went through Popla,  CE countered the items I raised ( but it looked like a copy and paste) I refuted the copy and paste claims made by CE and the outcome as positive !

We need to stop the rotten industry from blocking and riding roughshod over the new statutory Code and the charge levels and basically bullying all motorists by using the Government for leverage.

Only a very robust response from motorists this Summer can stop litigation being the 'first resort' as it is now, plus end the false added £70 that they layer on top.

The man in charge of the new code of practice is Mr Gove must not give grace to the demands of the money grabbing parking industry who want to extort and scam money from people ..... countless millions of them ?
