Took advantage of the Moneysavingexpert Virgin broadband offer in June. Ordered online and received email confirmation of the order with correct details on it.
Installation due today (2 weeks later) but no engineer.
Called Virgin to be told that my order 'didn't push through' and therefore wasn't valid. Couldn't tell me what or why it went wrong, but offered me a new deal. Half the speed for slightly more money and less cash back.
No thanks................................

Update: Virgin installation team were in our street. Spoke to them and they got Virgin office to ring me from the UK.
A very helpful agent reinstated the original Money Saving Expert deal (with cash back) and organised installation date.
Virgin have redeemed themselves!0
