Good morning all xx
I got my days muddled up. Hope all is well Valli - and they let you go home today. Xx
I'm sure someone is dropping an extra work day into some weeks. Been a looong week for one with only 4 days in. (I don't work Mondays in case you think I'm typing from Venus!)
Anyhoo survived. And here I am. Weekend. Woot woot. In fact: FIVE whole days off.....it would have been more but I earned Brownie points by cancelling a couple of days Annual Leave to cover shortstaffedness. Idiot that I am 🙄 Ooops did I say that out loud 🤣
I'm up, made my bed, brought down the laundry hamper and had a brew. Going to savour brew 2 and then:
Round 1
Sort washing into loads
Set first load swishing
Get dressed
Feed the birds
Put out the recycling
Tear up and recycle cola box

Sweetie's seed and water
To Do Tomorrow reminder
Pick up repeat prescription
Just need to stop yawning for long enough to see properly.
Good to hear that OH has had his op. iona. Hope everything runs smoothly in his recovery. Xx

Glad you are home, Valli x Good luck to Valligirl tomorrow.
Allotment watered early this am, as I hadn’t got there in the evening during the week. One load through the wm, nicely dried outside. Off to an outdoor concert this evening, hastily searching out some snacky things as plans have changed. I might try to unearth the umbrella and a cushion and sit outside for a bit, as there is a much needed, if warm, breeze. Oooh, and there is ice cream in the freezer, and the freezer does need some space made in it for the broad beans that I picked this morning 😜7 -
Hello all. Hugs etc where needed.
I'm back from our break and have been looking after dgd1 today, but have done most dailies and weeded the patio.Spend less now, work less later.8 -

Glad you're home, Valli - hope all is well x
DH sat out of bed for almost 3 hours this afternoon, but he was desperately tired by then. It's slow progress.
I have dealt with the last load of washing, sorted yesterday's (but not FUPA yet), and made cakes and scones - some of which I will take to DS2 &Co tomorrow. My goddaughter's mum appears to have acquired a taste for my cakes: she is coming on Tuesday morning to help me move furniture and make up beds on condition that she gets paid in cake
I'm off to bed. G'night all xx6 -
girls bathed.. havng a cuppa and off to watch Dots show.. someone needs to stay at home.. we were ony allowed 4 tickets and all 3 girls want to go.
