Easyjet flight booked by travel agent, shows on Easyjet app but not on their website

I've got a couple of Easyjet flights which were booked by a travel agent. I put the code into their app and the flights now show up in the app but not in my Easyjet account when viewed via their website.
I'd have thought the two would be the same but it seems not. Maybe they're working on their systems to process all the cancellations?
Do flights booked normally appear in both the app and the website?

If it's booked by an agent then they won't have had your easyjet account details when booking so the booking probably isn't tied to your easyJet account?
Try logging out of your account and accessing the booking with the booking reference and surname?1 -
That worked! Thank you very much! Although if I can see my booking in the App I should be able to see it on their website too but at least I have now been able to check in and do the other stuff I needed to do - thanks againbagand96 said:
