LBC from Gladstones

OK so kind of an update. I got another ticket a week after the ticket in this main post. From the same Parking Control Management UK Ltd, both tickets are given when i parked at my own flat.
Now I got a LBC for this second ticket as well. I assume I only need to email Gladstones for 30 days hold, but not Parking Control Management UK Ltd, as I already emailed to ask for ALL the information related to me and my car. Is my thinking right?

Just received signed letter from Parking Control Management UK Ltd with all the data they have on me...
Am surprised to see my 2018 ticket (https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5905605/pcm-parking-charge-notice-at-my-own-residential-car-parking-space/p1) is not in their data base any more...0
