The PPC is Parking Control Management UK Ltd. https://www.parkingcontrolmanagement.co.uk/

I appealed against NTK but received NO reply, instead I received a LBC from Gladstones

My previous tickets only got debt collector letters so this is new to me....

from the newbie thread, I know I have 2 steps to do, just want to confirm a

1) Now, having looked at their privacy policy page here https://www.parkingcontrolmanagement.co.uk/privacy-policy/ it looks like I will email SAR to their "General Enquiries" address   https://www.parkingcontrolmanagement.co.uk/contactus/   Am I right?

Also, is the front page of V5C is enough? or do I need inside pages to show id as well?

2) for the gladstones email, email to "enquiries@gladstonessolicitors.co.uk" will do right?

I just wanna make sure I send to the right addresses. Thanks!

I saw this from the newbie thread

"- and a list of all PCNs outstanding against you and/or this VRN, and remind them that any claim must be for all PCNs, not several separate claims."

I wonder why? I have two other PCNs with them I believe...

It's to stop duplicate claims, which these firms do and which increases the distress and potential costs for the Defendant and can generally take over your life and wear you down.

Most people only want to do this once!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Try info@pcm-uk.co.uk and/or hello@pcm-uk.co.uk and mark it for the attention of their Data Protection Officer.

Sorry, they must have changed it or deleted it, I shall take it out of my list of DPO addresses.  Strangely, their web site privacy page does not now have a DPO address but does say to send the SAR to the Data Protection Officer.

Do we think that may have been an intentional move on their part to play dumb and say they received no such request?  Are they able to do that when the sender has proof of sending?

Also... random one but related!  How long do you usually expect for a reply from a SAR?

The Data Protection Act allows the recipient a whole month to respond.
Whether they will take all that time - who knows?
