Another bite the dust
thanks to Coupon-mad
I got county court business centre notice to pay £291.00 for unpaid parking changes
I followed this side which is the best and prepared defence and submit via newbies threat
and now received email the case is discounted by DCB legal

Yay, That's a win! Nice first post.
As you say, ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST!
Horrible and disproportionate to get threatened by a £100 parking charge, then a county court claim, isn't it?
Make sure your voice is heard about it this Summer. Come back regularly to check when the final Government Public Consultation opens, discussed here:
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6345732/secure-parking-solutions-ntk/p6
Basically, the Govt published a Code that included banning false debt recovery fee extortion and capping parking charges for many instances (such as shopping overstays) at £50 - discounted to £25.
The industry threw a hissy fit and launched two legal challenges that blocked the new Code last month.
Get your revenge and PLEASE stick around so you know when the final Consultation opens.
I am sure you have an opinion about ridiculously inflated and greedy parking charge threats and pointless aggressive court claims.

Well done on your win. A Highview (or CP Plus)/DCB Legal discontinuation following a fully defended case has become so much of a pattern to become almost predictable. It's just criminal that they push people to the extremes of emotion, worry and inconvenience in an attempt to extract money (in pursuing the keeper not knowing who the driver was) they were never entitled to - neither PPC issuing PoFA-compliant documentation. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
