You need to calculate what this is costing you. Time off work, medical care not on the NHS e.g. physio, medication including prescriptions if you pay for them.
It can be difficult because it sounds like you are not healed yet, so the final cost is unknown. It may help to come up with a treatment plan.
That is the minimum amount you need. On top of that there will be long term pain, which is hard to quantify. Focus on how it diminishes your enjoyment of life and how long it will go on for.0
