in Water bills
Hi all
I am looking to see what action I can take against United Utilities, the consumer council for water are fed up with them too but claim, they can only note down complaints and take up issues with United Utilities. We are both fed up with the twists and turns the letters of appology, the corrections, the sorry for any miss understandings this has gone on for over two years now.
I keep getting estimated bills that are erratic some can be for one month some for three months some for four months, despite being told you will be billed every six months.
its getting that way now with all the corrections that my bills are impossible to follow can I get legal help with this since consumer council for water claim they are only monitors they have written several letters, which I have but it doesnt seem to have made the slightest difference despite constant appologies from UU.
if the consumer council cannot sort this mess out who can?
