ID Mobile/No service

Since Tuesday no service ,i contacted company ,they say due to problems on network ,today after i asked when the work will be completed told they dont know and if i wanted to be released from monthly contract they would.Has anyone else had issues?

    ID Mobile use the Three network and it would need to be a major issue if they said you could be released from the contract. I get the feeling you were being fobbed off by the customer services given that you are on a 30 day contract and can easily leave. Is this an issue just where you live and is it OK elsewhere. 

    Do you know anyone else who uses the Three network who could check the signal. Alternatively, if you use the Nextdoor website you could post a message on there to see if others have a similar problem.
