Dreamworld Travel

 My brother in law booked a flight with dreamworld travel flying with Thai Air. His flight was cancelled due to COVID so he contacted them to be told that they were seeking a refund from Thai air and this could take several months. He kept being fobbed of every time he contacted them and then they stopped replying to emails . He was eventually told that he was being allocated a voucher for the value of the flight, less an admin fee, which he could use up to December 2022. He has tried several times to contact them to book a flight this year but they did not reply to any emails. He has now received an email saying that this voucher will not be honoured but with no explanation why. He is now not getting g any reply by either email or phone. The credit card company are saying that too much time has passed for them to get a charge back.We have tried to get the  CEO, Muhammad Omer Alvi’s email address but cannot locate it anywhere. Can anyone help please?

  • Thai Airways entered some sort of bankruptcy proceedings and were not giving refunds because they couldn't afford to do so. Dreamworld won't give a refund until they have received one from Thai Airways which they may not ever get.
