EDF Energy: Fix Total Service Jun24v6 two-year fix I Changed VIA the account but the code is not valid according to EDF customer support. not happy about that !. | 42% more (£2,800 a year) £300 | EDF says it's only available to existing customers on its standard & default tariffs. It also says you can get £130 bill credit (from EDF) if you enter the code 'SVTJUN22OFFER' when signing up via the MyAccount section of its website. It's told us there's a 'Do you have an offer code?' box once you click the option to 'Change tariff' where you can enter the code (we've not factored the bill credit into the price of this tariff). exit |

There have been reports on here that the code has worked.
If I were you I would raise a complaint on the basis that it has been honoured with other customers.
It may be useful to know when you accepted the deal should they come back and suggest they wouldn't honour the code past a certain date and hopefully if that's not true someone will let you know here.0 -
Did you get an email offering this to you from EDF . If not it won’t be valid0

The code worked for me and the bill credit + vat (£136.50) was applied to my account overnight.

After many years of switching and getting the best deals, the last 6 months or so, my "luck" has deserted me !!1 -
I didn't get email offer from EDF but took 2 year deal two weeks ago anyway. Pretty sure from reading above posts that that answers why in chat 2 nights ago they said the discount offer stopped. Anyway still trying my luck.
And in chat tonight they said
"No it is not too late. You can speak with our Sales team and they will add this to your account. I am providing the details for the team below :Sales Team (Mon-Fri 8am to 6pm and Saturday 8am to 2pm) - 0333 009 7155"
Worth a try for anyone whos code didnt work proply.1 -
I've gone thru all the online "paperwork" re my move to the June24 fix. Nowhere can I find any reference to a version number (eg some have said they are moving to Fix Total Service June24v4) . Wonder if that is why the "code invalid" message came up for the discount?
Anyway ,trying the Sales number above to see if I can wangle the £130 !!0
