AVIS car rental in Crete - Quickpass

I reserved a hire car back in January for  Crete for next week, also paying for an additional driver. Today I was invited to ‘check in’ in advance for this car hire using Quickpass. When I attempted to check in, I was surprised to see the Avis check in website added the additional driver cost again. Hence I abandoned advance check in. Has anyone experienced this before?
I’ll of course be taking paper proof of the booking form showing the rental and additional driver payment. 

How easy it is for the unwary to double pay!

Perhaps they're inviting you to add a second additional driver? Is there no mention of what's already included in your booking?

thanks there’s only two of us who drive and the system already has us both logged. The extra payment cannot be deleted… will Sort out. Thanks for suggestion.
