Does DCB Legal actually pursue beyond Letter of Claim?

I'm at the point where we've received the "Letter of Claim" from DCB Legal and I'm just curious as to what the odds are they will actually proceed. In theory I know they should be client led, but suspect they may not be.

That's not what I suggested...my tactic is to be so robust that they give up. Then you can ask them to erase your data and will know it is over.
