Wizzair have changed our flights by 24 hours - can we cancel?

We booked through On the Beach (never again!!) back in January and when we booked we got confirmation of our flights and hotel:
Depart LGW 3rd Aug 22:05
Arrive Chania 4th Aug 04:00
Depart Chania 13th Aug 23:40
Arrive LGW 14th Aug 01:45
Our hotel is booked 3rd-13th Aug
We've just logged on to add baggage to our booking and noticed our flights have changed. We haven't been informed of this at all.
They are now:
Depart LGW 4th Aug 18:35
Arrive Chania 5th Aug 00:30
Depart Chania 14th Aug 23:40
Arrive LGW 15th Aug 01:45
Our hotel booking remains the same so we don't have accommodation for the final night.
We have an ATOL certificate so have package protection and as we haven't been informed of the flight changes and they haven't amended our hotel booking, are we entitled to cancel free of charge?
Hoping someone can help as I can't find anything on their website!

You need to talk to On The Beach. You have a package holiday so they need to either:
1) Move the hotel booking to match the new dates.
or
2) Find an alternative flight to match the original dates and hotel booking
or, if 1 or 2 can't be done
3) Let you have a full refund, because this is a significant change to your holiday.
