Has anybody else had these problems with Chase ? According to its own site it doesn’t require a credit check just an I.D. Check. I should have passed any check anyway and have now requested my data to be released, thanksSame thing happened to me! Details fine, ID check - you're good to go, selfie - yes! Log in to app to continue and... We're unable to open an account for you
Baffling, as apparently they do not credit check... Yet I have anti-money laundering search from JP Morgan on my Transunion cr.The only thing I can think of is that I had DRO made against me Jan 2020, discharged Jan 2021. So maybe that did it?And yes, I have the UK app.sealed pot challange 5 member 1478 £0/£200
debt payments £0/£4505
debt free date 01.03.2014

Seems that people with bankruptcy or debt management on their credit record are not able to get this account.Shame, as on Chase's website (and MSE's) it is not mentioned, and it probably should be. Least would have saved me some time considering, applying and wondering why I got rejected.

My DRO was discharged a couple of years ago and I still opened an account with them.0
