Just to share a success today!!
I am paying £55.23 for SKY broadband and TV with Netflix.
My contract ends soon as it was going to rocket to £75. Today then sent me an email to accept an offer of £65.50.
So I called them and said: Hello, how are you, etc ( ...nicely )' I wonder if you could help me as my contract is about to expire and the quote you sent me has gone up in comparison so I have been looking around and before leaving Sky I wanted to ask you if you have any better deals for me, please? '
She immediately responded that she could give me a better deal and needed to speak to the Supervisor. So she came back with a total of £50.20 in July, then down to £47 in August, then £49 in September and that amount for 18 months!!! Now, I got an email saying that my new contract is :
