Interesting to read all the good timings, and pleased for you all.
We've been waiting months for my baby boys passport, they took a month just to acknowledge receipt of his documents (B.C. etc).
    Time to chase me thinks.

Debt free - finally finished paying off £20k + Interest.
  • Tried the Post Office digital check and send. You pay£16, they take the photo and do all the paperwork.
New passport back in 7 days !!
My better half is going to give it a go today and we'll see if it was just a fluke.

They don't usually do all the paperwork your supposed to fill out the form yourself and then they "check" it.

Personally i think it's not worth the money as there are very comprehesive notes available on how to fill out the form so it's unlikely you will make a mistake if you read and follow them.
