Hi, can someone please tell me if after introduction offer with virgin mobile and virgin then increase price, has anyone been able to haggle the price to the original offer price, or do you always have to pay more. Hope makes sense

Well that's sort of how introductory prices work.
If you want a new deal you'll have to ask for it.  Or pay full whack.  Your choice.

I had a package from Virgin, phone, BB and TV, no mobile though.
With them absolutely years and every year I've managed to beat the price down to something I see as realistic. Nearly 18 months ago they wouldn't play ball, very mean with their offer for me to stay. For £1 more I got a Sky package which included sports and movies, something Virgin didn't include for £64.
I've never had a further contact with VM, they've never got back to me with any offers, I won't go back as they treated my son with similar treatment, very stingy offers to stay.

You won't be able to haggle the price down to it's original price (for new customers) - the biggest discount I got was £11.31 savings per month on Broadband only, but will be cancelling my service/contract with them.
    Save £12k in 2019 #154 - £14,826.60/£12k
    Save £12k in 2020 #128 - £4,155.62/£10k

Not strictly true. I was paying £28 for VM100 broadband and phone line. Went upto £32 after the annual price increase and would have soared to £52 when the contract ended.
Managed to get VM200 broadband and phone line for £25 just before my contract expired.
