Question about 3 month offer for Lebara Unlimited Data SIM

From what I understand, Lebara use the Vodafone network and you can use their SIM in an unlocked phone, or a Mifi device.
I see there is currently an offer on their website for the rolling 30 day plan for Unlimited Data with 3 months half price at £12.50 a month and then £25 after that. (Alternatively it is £22.50 for a 12 month contract).
Working out whether a 12 month plan, or 30 day rolling is best at this point for personal circumstances.
My question is, if you sign up for the 30 day rolling plan with 3 months half price, and you cancel, can you actually re-sign up again later on (i.e. from month 4 onward) to get 3 months half price again (whether you choose rolling or 12 month contract at a later date)?
Can you port your number away to a different PAYG SIM and then re-sign up again at a later date basically and still get the offer if it is still there?
Hope that was phrased clearly. Many thanks in advance.
