As recommended by MSE I am trying to buy a phone from Chitter Chatter but please be aware they are impossible to contact.
Their website isn't taking payment.
Phone messages and messages on FB Messenger are unanswered. I 'get' that the phone I want might not be available anymore but it's infuriating that they aren't telling me that. If they have had a meltdown then surely it only takes a moment to put that info out there by whatever means they can rather than ignore potential customers.
MSE - please reconsider recommending them.
