I have a 2 contract phones with 3 , one for me and one my kids share. Anyway I was surfing planet 3 this morning went onto music and noticed there were free music videos. On checking them out I was quite shocked to see some videos by the ministry of sound which were very rude and showed scenes of simulated (I said simulated not stimulated!!) acts of sex.

I would not like it if my kids saw these videos. Should I complain and who to?

report complaint to ofcom who give you a reference number then you call 3's executive office

complaint against your operator, call 020 7981 3040 or 0300 123 3333

tell ofcom customer services say nowt can be done, like 3 told me

my niece on payg had stuff I wasnt happy about, seemingly on payg 3 cant do anything ??? but on contract they can - what 3 exec told me

considering most kids are on payg it terrible 3 dont have a filter for thier payg service

niece had her internet settings deleted, she not happy - i told her shes broke her phone lol

well least she still has msn messenger and no other network will let her use it FREE - shes happyish enough for now

When you take out a new contract with 3, they usually write to you to confirm that you do/don't want access to more adult-orientated stuff. Does this same type of access checking apply on the payg service ?? I'd ask...
