copying email folders to a USB stick

I am copying my email folders to a Kingston 32GB USB stick, but a popup window keeps appearing saying;-
"Property Loss.
Are you sure you want to copy this file without its properties?
The file 00294823-000C5DC has properties that can't be copied to the new location"
It then gives me options to say, Yes, Skip, or cancel, plus a box to tick to "Do this for all current items (4401 found)."
Is this detrimental to anything re these emails?
And what would/could be the consequences when I need to
reinstall them later?
Thanks for any input.

I took the PC into a shop, they could not install Thunderbird on Windows 7, they did an upgrade to Windows 10, still no TB.
They did a complete fresh install of W10, then they managed to get TB on the PC but when importing all of my fol;ders tehy where all over the place.
They also could not import my Bookmarks from Firefox. They had the computer for several days and eventually reset it to when I first brought it in, so I am back at square one.
This company has been in existence for around 25 years so I would have thought they knew what they where doing.
I am going to have to take it somewhere else but I wanted to attempt to back up my email folders and contacts first without this message and possible wrong back up of above.
It's only because you are copying from NTFS formatted HD to a FAT32 formatted USB stick.
Ignore it. It just means that certain permissions (unimportant in this situation) are not copied. Its quite normal.
