DCBL parkimg charge

Options
I  have a parking charge claim and a court case that has been put off twice. Someone from dcbl phoned me to settle out of court without prejudice  for  £155 i said i wouldn't pay no more than the original £85 as a good will because i don't know who was driving in july 2015.I have proof that i was working on the day buy my employer all day and my bank statement for a full weeks wage that is how i new i was not driving They are still doing me as the driver there defence to my claim they had not followed the POFA  was this , With reference to paragraph 3, the Defendant refers to the ‘Protection of Freedoms Act 2012’ As previously explained in my previous statement dated 01/02/2022, the Defendant is pursued as the Driver and my Company does not seek to rely on POFA .they are saying because i never told them who was driving that probability is I was .I HAVE HAD ENOUGH  and wondered if to pay. if i do can they take me for costs because it is like admitting it when i was not driving

We always are wary here, given the rogue industry we fight.

See my reply to you on another thread.  If you want to help this forum please be open and start a new discussion introducing yourself and some info about your background (without naming companies or names).

Happy to talk on your own thread but we are not comfortable with unknown posters offering to help other new posters off forum.
