Jet2 self-handle at both Bristol and Reus (as far as I can see from the job vacancies they have available), but as the problems started that day in Bristol it seems obvious to me that barring any ATC delay this will be a Jet2 issue, not anything else.

Staffing issues are reasonably not due to Covid (in most circumstances, certain exceptions will apply) and there are at least 5 based aircraft at BRS (based on first wave departures tomorrow morning offering just under 1000 departure seats), so enough to keep a crew at least on home standby. That Jet2 potentially chose not to is far within their control.
