Hello guys.
I'm after some information regarding my wife's recent health change.
She has recently had a stroke and can't work or drive for the foreseeable future due to being incapacitated in her movement.
She does not claim nothing at all in benifits..
Before this happened she has claimed for (pip) and In the process of a tribunal.
She has fibromyalgia and been declined twice..
My wage is £26000p,a and pay for everything
Rent

You posted the same question last month. You can see the advice here, which still applies. https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6358546/what-is-my-wife-entitled-to#latest

Put your details into a benefits calculator and see what results you get
https://benefits-calculator.turn2us.org.uk
https://www.entitledto.co.uk/
When doing the calculation assume that your wife has been found to have LCWRA. If there is some UC entitlement with the LCWRA included then you should apply. Your wife will then have a Work Capability Assessment and if found to have LCWRA will get that element included from the fourth month.Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.0 -
Did your wife apply for NS- ESA as advised in your last thread, on the basis that...
....I told my wife last year to pack her job in because it was a heavy lifting job.
If not - why not
If she did - has the application been accepted ?
Alice Holt Forest situated some 4 miles south of Farnham forms the most northerly gateway to the South Downs National Park.0 -

Me either and it's been more than a month since they posted the last thread. If no benefits have been claimed in that time, why not?

[For this poster specifically, their wife having a stroke since their last thread might qualify as 'being busy'!]
I know it can be a bit frustrating but if people have asked the same question previously it is simple enough for any of us regulars to link to the previous advice if the answer is unchanged5 -
