I have a query about some of the charges. I was reading the newbie thread again specifically about POFA.
I can't find any information on the letter about Keeper Liability, there wasn't a windscreen ticket. Do Euro Parking Services hold the keeper liable?
If so then three of these charges are outside the 14 day period. The issue date for all 9 was the 20/06/2022 and there were received between the 23 & 25 /06.
Would the make the following contravention dates void? Thus, giving me strong ground of appeal.

EPS do not comply with the POFA, as far as I know.
We've noticed this before. I am talking about the WORDING of their NTKs, so there is no need for a 14 dsy calculation!Would the make the following contravention dates void?No.
it means that all the NTKs are likely to be worded as non-POFA and so the keeper can't be held liable.
They are not 'void' but they are limited to driver liability only, if I am right about the NTK wording.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I think the OP needs to clear up some confusion here. The thread title refers to EPS, then subsequent posts refer to ECP, then for the latest OP post to start once again referring to EPS.Confused.zaPlease note, we are not a legal advice forum.
