Smart Meter

I am wanting to know if i am able to remove my smart meter and send my meter readings into my supplier manually? I am currently on a 2 year fixed which runs out next year.

At least monthly, I take daily readings for my electric and weekly readings for the gas, that's because the gas usage is so little that the SC is more than my usage.
