Have you by any chance been submitting manual readings at around the time of each new bill?0

So you've never had a bill since before 10th June last year because they have all been cancelled? Or have you only copied the lines that say "cancelled & replaced"?Barnsley, South Yorkshire

This cancelled and replaced is of course very confusing.
On the other hand it is as I wrote, the last amount is the total bill for the time since you are with the supplier.
For many of the smaller amounts it seems to be the bill for the month, as last high amount plus small amount equals next high amount for many of the months.
At the moment it seems that you are using a huge amount of electricity, which would explain the high direct debit they want from you.
As @frugalmacdugal says, we need the usage figures now to further check what is going on. If the total amount is correct and you are currently on a fixed tariff you are using an excessive amount of energy.0 -
I should not need to submit any manual reading as I have smart meters for Gas and Electricity, I keep a manual reading for myself and these tie in with BG smart meter reading. Correct I have had not had a bill since 10th June last year, despite continually asking BG for one. I suspect that they too can't produce a bill as they keep on cancelling and replacing what they have. I have yet again asked them this week!Debt Free!!!0

You still have not posted your meter read when the tariff started, todays read and the unit rates. Not sure now if you gave your old direct debit figure before they increased it.
If you do that people will be able to check what you really owe.0
