There are no S or E by the readings.   Even so if you they are going to supply an estimate why not in the hundreds not thousands??

Can you take a screenshots of the last bill and post them if you are unable to download them?

That's the point, the system does not allow me to download any of the bills, I have typed a segment of the printer-out it does allow me.

When BG post the higher figures then it triggers a change in my DD because the system thinks I owe BG £3179.67!

I am using my laptop to access my bills by logging in

I concluded that because they are constantly cancelling and replacing the bills are not available to be viewed.

@AMILLIONDOLLARS - To capture, and show us, what you are seeing on your laptop, press the PrtScr key. This will place an image of the whole screen onto the 'clipboard'. Open an image editing program (I use Paint in Windows 7). Press Ctrl+V to paste the clipboard image. Perform editing to reduce it to just the relevant detail and remove personal info. Save to a file. The resulting file can then be included in a post here. Here's an example (taken whilst logged in to my OVO account):
