TalkTalk not honoring contract?

Hallo, on 13 February I signed up to a TT contract through a MSE link which consisted in £20 a month for "Fiber 65" and £60 Amazon voucher after service activates: "you'll be sent instructions by email on how to select your £60 voucher".
I called to inquire about the voucher and was told there was no such deal available, so I emailed them a screenshot of the MSE web page with the list of deals offered on 13 February which included the one I signed up to.
The reply asked to confirm that I met the preconditions to be eligible for voucher, which I do, and to confirm that I have checked spam and bin folder for email from no-reply@giftcloud.com.
On my confirmation they stated that "Upon investigating your account I can confirm that we will need proof of your TT offer that had the Amazon voucher in order for us to investigate this further, as I am unable to locate any voucher".
Apart from the screenshot of the list of MSE special broadband deals avalable at the time I have no other proof, I suppose the screenshot is not good enough as it does not prove that I clicked on that particular link.
Is there anything else I can do to get the voucher?
Has anyone else had the same experience with TT vouchers? Many thanks for your reply.

I have finally got my Amazon voucher, my persistence payed off, thanks also to your advice.Lesson to myself: take a screenshot of relevant page before signing up, for future proof. I know some would say that is obvious, but I didn't.0
