Bumped off the flight

Hi all, maybe someone can advance me what to do in this situation?

My mum 66 years old, just missed the flight because the staff before the gate said her ticket unpaid. When my mum asked them to speak with me (her daughter) by phone, to explain the situation, they said “I don’t want to” I heard it through the phone. They didn’t want to help her. 

She staying alone in the airport, in the middle of nowhere in strange country for her. Also the stuff offered her to buy another ticket for the next morning, for 250 euros ( which is a lot of money). 

I contacted the call center about this situation, they checked the ticket, and said it is okay. It was paid.

As my older mum was traveling from Ukraine during 14 hours, then she was waiting for a flight and didn’t get it (Which Is obviously not her fault) and Was forced to spend the night in the airport, and forced to buy extra expensive ticket (which is also not by her fault).  

What we can climb from the LOT airlines?

Who was the original ticket purchased from? Had she received ticketing confirmation?
