Flight compensation for TUI package holiday cancelled

We had our package holiday to Cyprus cancelled by Tui at the beginning of June. Does anyone know if you are entitled to EU flight compensation for both the outbound and inbound flights separately, as they cancelled both? 
We submitted 2 separate forms, the first was accepted but the return flight was rejected citing that our names were not on the flight manifest.

How long before the second flight were you advised of the cancellation?

You would not typically get EU261/UK261 compensation if the cancellation was outside of 14 days notice.

I thought TUI were offering package holiday customers an uplift in value of the original booking to go towards a new holiday.  120% value?

Thank you for your replies. We were due to go away for 1 week. The holiday was cancelled with 3 days notice so therefore both the inbound and outbound flights were cancelled within 14 days.

TUI have provided a £200 pp voucher towards another holiday in addition to the refund, so we can't complain. But equally if we are entitled to a further £350pp for the cancelled return flight we don't want to ignore that either!
