Just to double check what exactlydo I need to send to the court before the hearing? The skeleton argument, transcripts for Boxwood, M&S and new June 2022 cases, multi-agency credit report showing multiple addresses with different companies and (depending on what their response is) possibly their correspondence showing that they’ve lied about the search date? Am I missing anything??
    I think that's it.

Attached to a covering skeleton argument, and with your costs assessment too.  All paginated. With an index.

To BW Legal and the local court, as attachments by email.
Amazing thank you! What would my costs assessment be? Just the £275 fee? I saw that somebody asked for a litigant in person fee or something? For their time researching and delivering the case? Can I ask for that too or shall I just stick with the £275 fee?

I'd put £275 plus any loss of leave for attending the hearing.

@Coupon-mad As eb23456 has paid off the CCJ too, can she also ask for this amount to be reimbursed?

OMG!!! I’ve just realised I sent the wrong exhibit list to the court. I sent them an older version - so in my WS I’ve talked about the BPA code of practice and a section about private parking companies from gov.uk but i haven’t included them in the exhibit list. But I’ve quoted them in the WS as exhibit 07 and 08 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

I have mentioned the BPA code of practice in my skelly so shall I send the copy of it over with that? Or shall I just compile one big bundle of everything and send it all over. Rather than having some stuff already and sending more stuff now.

God this is so stressful 😭

Just add the BPA CoP to the skelly.

Okay so for the order of costs:

    I’ve got -

Cost of the CCJ - £274

    Application fee - £275

Loss of earnings from hearing - £95

Research and preparation as a litigant in person (rate of £19 per hour for 15 hours) - £285

    Printing costs - £35

    Total: £964. (!!)

    Have I missed anything?

How would I set this out in an schedule of costs?

(Seems like an awful lot 😭 Is this an average amount???)

Cost of the CCJ - £274

You'd have to add - only paid under protest due to (why you paid it).
