Often easy to tell between aftermarket and real tinted glass, the aftermarkets look DIY jobs whereas the factory dark tints look classy.0

Yes, put your reg in the Ford ETIS site:
https://www.etis.ford.com/
And that will give you your VIN.
That site used to display all the car details and options but it is restricted to authorised dealers now.Superb, that's done it, thanks a lot.And it says with privacy glass so that answers that one then.0 -

I know the local Audi use him too. I'm sure the badge snobs will turn their nose up at that but let's be honest - any time ANY make of car gets mentioned, regardless of what it is, someone poo-poos it.The day I first went to see him to get a quote he was in the middle of doing a car & I thought wow what a top job that is.He was getting all stressed out & said it's got to come off. Why I ask. He said it wasn't right. Even showing me I couldn't see anything bad. He said well I can see it & if i'm not happy with it then it gets redone. Ripped the whole thing off to start again.Granted, I only had mine on for about 5 years before I scrapped the car so short timeframe I guess but it looked tip top on the very last day as well.0
