Hi all, flt W95721 LGW-PMI on 31/5 was delayed 6.5 hours. Offered no meal vouchers, nor any paperwork about claiming under EU regs. They also gave us 3 different reasons for the delay-check in said late inbound aircraft, gate staff said shortage of crew, crew onboard said a tech delay. Have looked on Wizzairs website , do I need to create a separate account for completing a complaint form? If so, what do I put in the section where it asks if I am a claim company or a law firm??? Thanks all.
