How to watch German or Portuguese tv/films

Hi, I have a Sky Q box and subscribe to Netflix and Prime...is there a way I can watch German and Portuguese series/films please? I'm in the UK. Many thanks in advance.

on Netflix?  Can’t you use a VPN and set home country to what you need.  Would that help?

Virtual Private Network  - google it but basically you can hide the country location of say your computer/internet connection so get round some restrictions that require you to be in a certain country to watch some streaming services (does other things  as well)
