Parking Eye PCN received at Hospital car park - Worth Appealing?

We had a similar ticket when we exceeded the free time for BB holders. Sent a polite letter to PALS with a copy of the BB. Nice letter from them cancelling the ticket arrived very quickly.
As others have said do not indicate who was driving as you may need to use the fact that PE do not know who they should be pursuing for this fake invoice.5 -

I'd always cover the photo itself but yes, both sides and all ref numbers, dates and details showing.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I emailed PALS and they replied to say that they did not cover the hospital in question. Eventually found out that my local hospital doesn't have a PALS, they call it the 'Concerns Unit'. Spoke to them to explain the situation and they refused to do anything - was told that hey have been told to tell PCN receivers to contact Parking Eye directly.
So I will appeal the PCN on the 26th Day as suggested above, but I still sent off my polite letter to the Concerns team!0 -

If you do 'phone or go in person, you should get the contact details of the person you spoke to and send an email afterwards to confirm everything that was said.
Which hospital is this that doesn't have a Patient Advice and Liaison Service?
An NHS hospital?2 -
Escalate the complaint instead to the CEO of the NHS Trust and say how appalled you are that xxxx hospital are breaching the NHS Car Parking Principles, and when you tried to complain, the 'Concerns Unit' has seemingly been 'warned off' by ParkingEye themselves, and are unlawfully letting the tail wag the dog.
Ask if that's how this NHS Trust wants to be seen to work against the interests of disabled persons and vulnerable patients, despite the fact that the NHS Car Parking Principles clearly state that the NHS Trust all times remains responsible for the actions of a rogue parking agent.
I would send that to the CEO (Google to find their email address) then attach the sent email as a piece of PDF evidence to your appeal online to ParkingEye, spelling out how very angry and distressed you are and that you've sent the attached formal complaint to the CEO of the NHS Trust.
Also append a PDF photo of the Blue Badge to both ParkingEye and the CEO of the NHS Trust and spell out how appalling the signage is for disabled people and whatever else you wish to say about how exactly they've breached the Car Parking Principles.PRIVATE 'PCN'? They also don't seem to do any of the things PALS are supposed to. Our PCN aside, I was quite surprised that my local hospital seems to opting out of so may of the things PALS stands for0 -

Now - we need you and so do all motorists in this country, if we are to right a wrong and affect the future law by consumer power.
Horrible and disproportionate to get threatened by £100 parking charge, isn't it?
Make sure your voice is heard about it this Summer. Don't disappear from the forum please. Come back regularly this Summer to check when the final Govt Public Consultation opens, discussed here:
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6345732/secure-parking-solutions-ntk/p6
Basically, the Govt published a Code that included banning false debt recovery fee extortion and capping parking charges for many instances at £50 - discounted to £25.
The industry threw a hissy fit and threw money at it and we believe ParkingEye are behind one of the Judicial Reviews that blocked the new Code last month. The industry want to bully through £100 or more, so it becomes part of the new law!
Get your revenge and PLEASE stick around so you know when the final Consultation opens.
I am sure you have an opinion about ridiculously inflated and greedy parking charge threats.
