If you think about it if the BPA continue to condone this drop off zone scam any PPC could apply the same conditions and put up a signs at any car park stating if you drive in to this car park you are liable to pay without any grace or consideration period at all.It is just a ridiculous trap.3

I must do that complaint to the BPA.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
