Any inkling when this will be? I'll be happy to spill my guts once again as will a few people I know. Its a shame these bast*rds are dragging their heels. Any idea where the finances for this Judicial Reciew as BPA said they didn't have the ££ if I remember correctly 🤔0

My guess would have been August, like last year but who knows, now that Neil O'Brien has resigned and Gove has been sacked? Maybe October.
Whilst I am sure the groundwork is probably done by Civil Servants and legals, there needs to be Ministerial direction in the DLUHC to lead on something like this.
The BPA wasn't behind the JRs. I can work out that much - as you say, they don't have that money (they are not for profit). Best clue is probably to look at who bleated to the House of Lords with those whinging submissions.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I've Tried that and it just seems to say do nothing and don't ring them but doesn't really explain why. My son is in the wrong for not paying for parking but he didn't appear to receive the initial PCN letter which he could have paid at £60 I cant see how he could win in court but looking to see if there is anyway of reducing the £170 they now want. This is the only thread I could find with Viking Solutions vikingsolutionsuk.com mentioned and I cant seem to find anything about UK Debt recoveries (UCS) contactucs.com Is it worth pursuing If so on what grounds and how Thanks,0

Ignore them.
The NEWBIES thread does explain why: because there is no appeal at this stage so you just sit tight and see if a PPC decides to file a claim. Never heard of Viking so they are small fry and best ignored.
£170 demands are not worth responding to. Collect them. DO NOT RESPOND.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

But by using the tried and trusted method - googling Viking Solutions privacy - one can find a webpage entitled - Privacy Policy - VIKING SOLUTIONS UK LTD atwww.vikingsolutionsuk.com/privacy72d351b4
The colour scheme/typeface make it very difficult to read though.Section 10 on their Privacy Page is interesting, because that would actually rule out using ANPR cameras:-
