Have a look at how much credit you have available in general even if you are not using it. I know I wouldn't be a good bet for a new card as my available credit is about 3 times my annual salary. If you have something similar you may want to look at cancelling a card or two and then wait before applying for something new.
MBNA seems to constantly be offering something. Santander does quite regularly as does M&S card.
Also be sure to have a look at why you're not actually clearing the debts you have now. Is there an underlying problem that needs to be sorted? It's easy (as I know) to think it's great to have money at 0% cost monthly but that covers up the fact that you are paying 4-5% of the total each time you shift to a new deal.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe, Old Style Money Saving and Pensions boards.
