Let us know how you get on, even though this isn't a forum-assisted case (as such) because you didn't come back here to work on your witness statement and evidence bundle last month.

Looks like you may not have put in any witness statement or evidence after your defence.  Hope I am wrong with that but please let us know the outcome anyway.

Hi Coupon.

I did think this was a court hearing but it was the Small Claims Mediation Service

Parking Eye were not aware that this parking space was available not just for patrons but also as a pay and display. They then back tracked on that and said they were aware of it.

The mediator didn't seem very impartial and made out I was in the wrong for not paying for my parking. 

Anyway an agreement was not reached they offered me £135 down from £180 and wouldn't accept my offer of £50 and £70.

Looks like its going to court

You need to re-read the NEWBIES thread section under the red heading IMPORTANT: KNOW WHAT HAPPENS WHEN because you went completely off-piste!  By assuming that defence is all you need to do (nope) and by not reading the advice that told you NOT to agree to a Mediation call.

You need to revisit the advice because you don't just attend a hearing armed only with your defence from months ago.  You'd be annihilated by ParkingEye if you do that!
