Flights cancelled

Hi
Scenario - Hotel booked up front and paid for direct on the internet. Who is responsible for any amount lost due to delayed/cancelled flight with EasyJet. (Booked direct and separately) EasyJet or insurance company. Any help appreciated and thanks.

The airline has no responsibility at all for anything else you have booked, that is why in these uncertain times more people are booking packages where you are protected. It may be an insurance claim but that depends on your policy wording, some certainly do cover the loss but many do not. Start reading!

EasyJet - No, nothing to do with them.
Insurance Company - depends on what policy you have. Check your T&C's to see if you are covered, if so make a claim. If not, then I'm afraid you may be out of pocket.
