Vodafone broadband-Does it have UK customer service?

HI, I am considering switching to Vodafone fibre broadband. I appreciate everyone will have different experience but i wanted to ask if Vodafone has UK based customer service or not?

I've been with them since January and di phone them once to set up voicemail and whomever I spoke to sounded English but apart from that I've had no reason to contact them.

I didn't even speak to them when I transferred to them from BT, it was all done on t'interweb and although I was a little apprehensive because we were transferring from BT FTTP to Vodafone FTTP the transition was virtually seamless.

I got up on the appointed day, the BT router and phone had been deactivated I swapped the connections from the BT router tot he Vodafone router and was back on line and the phone was active in around five minutes. I just had to phone them to get voicemail enabled although TBH we dont use it as our Panasonic phones have an answering machine
