TUI playing games

Hi,

Our Paphos flight with TUI was cancelled from Manchester or should I say we were cancelled as the flight still went but we had been texted and emailed to say our flight was cancelled (I.e it had oversold as we had email after email telling us the aircraft type had changed)

We were told we were entitled to £350 each and would have to submit this through the their portal. Easy enough?

Each time we’ve had an email that they can’t see us on the manifest (well duh) so we need to send our evidence in to an email address to prove it. Send to the email address provided and get an automatic response saying no emails can be accepted and the portal has to be used. The portal doesn’t allow the uploaded of documents conveniently so we’re going round in circles.

Anyone else had something similar or any suggestions? I’m starting to think TUI are playing games

I'm having the exact same issue, did you manage to resolve it? I tried to call them but just get sent down a channel until it says they can't help me and it hangs up!!

Don't know what to do next, so hoping you've had more success than me!

Some people have had success by visiting their local TUI shop.  Others have said that the shop doesn't want to know.  It's at least worth a try.
