  • Just noticed a new tariff being offered by BG (when logging into my online account - quite by chance!)

Tariff is called Exclusive Fixed Energy v16 and well worth it if it's being offered to you

What rates are you being offered? I can't find any info on that tariff on-line.

I have just fixed my tariff with BG to their Smart AUG24. The rate is exactly the same as the standard tariff I presently pay. They also advise I can change tariffs if a cheaper fixed tariff becomes available or I can go back to the standard rate if that works out cheaper later on penalty free.

Just out of interest, how did you confirm with them that you can change back to the SVT penalty free? Does it mention it on screen or did you contact them directly?
    Thanks
