Great news!

But please stick around, there is something we and all motorists need you to do. it's truly horrible being pursued for £100 for no reason, by an aggressive firm, isn't it?

As you can see, MSE Forum Team are aware of this and we intend that one of us posts on that thread when the Government opens the final Consultation.

Together, with enough responses and evidence coming from people like you, we can stop the parking industry from riding roughshod over the new statutory Code and the fairer parking charge level caps.

At the moment, the industry has thrown their weight and money around and blocked the entire progress we'd made. They can't believe that the Government and the people have decided they and their ilk include far too many greedy charlatans. So they blocked it all. 

Real efforts are needed - but it won't take long, it will just be a case of answering some questions online. We know that the PPCs and DRAs will blanket-bomb the consultation, impersonating real motorists (as they were caught doing last year) so we - and the future of a far fairer car parking model and not three figure demands - depends upon high numbers of real voices to respond.
