Flight cancelled whilst boarding !

Please can anyone advise what to do next?
tui package holiday cancelled to Turkey after being delayed whilst we were checking in rescheduled twice to later the next day then completed cancelled whilst on the concourse to board plane.
We have completed the tui online flight delay compensation form several times and it keeps coming back unable to find you on flight manifest. Tried emailing get sent back to online form, tried the shop get told it’s an online form! We have the boarding cards to prove we should have flown. What else can we do? The compensation will allow us to treat the children who coped brilliantly with 2 days stuck in Manchester airport with 5 hours at a gate! We are still battling to get the holiday refund as they want to pay it in a refund credit note!
