TUI cancelled flight less than 7 days

Confused after reading about cancelled flight less than 7 days. Don’t understand about which category to choose about 1hr+ early and 2hrs arrived late. Haven’t taken the flight as it was cancelled less than 7 days. Flight more than 1500km and less than 3500km. What will I get?

As your flight was cancelled within 7 days of departure you are entitled to the choice of EITHER a refund or an alternative flight .

Depending on the reason your flight was cancelled you maybe entitled to compensation in addition .

What options have the airline offered ? 

 What reason have they given for the cancellation?
