Just to conclude this thread, I heard from Aviation ADR the other day reporting that EasyJet have agreed to settle the case and will pay the amount that I claimed. Pleased that I persevered though annoyed that I had to go to these lengths, and to be honest the amount I was claiming was so small that it really wasn’t worth EasyJet contesting it. Still, a good result.
